Privacy Policy

NoteToDo is a mobile application.
Sync is a feature of NoteToDo app, which available for Premium app version. Sync is optional and app can be used without it. The Sync provides ability to share only text information of your notes between your contacts and devices in real time. Sync has a chat for communication between invited contacts. Photos, videos, sounds and documents are not supported. Access to your list of notes and chat is available only by your invitation to other user with Premium app version. You can cancel invitation at any moment by switching off the contact.
1. Sharing data
We never share your data (notes, items, photos, videos, audio records and documents etc.) with anyone. No. You can do it only by yourself.
2. Store data
NoteToDo
We don’t store notes, items, photos, videos, audio records and documents from your devices. All data is stored locally on your device.
The app has ability to create a backup of your Notes. You can enable backup to Google Drive or/and DropBox. The files are encrypted.
Google Drive backup needs access to your Google account, after which you can create a backup. The app stores your email address locally and encrypted on your device for scheduled or manual backups. The app only has access to backup files it has created.
Sync
To create an account you need to provide a mobile number. User name and avatar is optional. We store phone number, device name and id to recognize you and your device(s) when you have engaged with a chat. We don't store your contacts, but we store your connection with other users who also registered as a user of NoteToDo Sync. We don’t store messages from your chats. Messages are stored locally only on your device(s). You can share the message (text information ) with your contacts.
3. Processing data
NoteToDo
This app needs to read an inventory of installed apps for security reasons. This is required, because we want prevent ability of fraud purchases and app code modifications of our app with external malicious apps.
Sync
All messages are encrypted and the encryption keys are hidden. This way local engineers or physical intruders cannot get access to user data. The messages transfers from device to device. The Sync uses phone numbers as unique identifiers. We ask your permission before syncing your connections between your and your contacts.
3rd party services
NoteToDo app use 3rd party services. These services collect usage data in compliance with their Privacy Policies. The services are described below:
Google Drive

Google Analytics
Google Analytics is an analysis service provided by Google Inc. Google utilizes the collected data to track and examine the use of NoteToDo, to prepare reports on user activities and share them with other Google services. Firebase Authentication
Phone number that provide for authentication will be sent and stored by Google to improve their spam and abuse prevention across Google services, including but not limited to Firebase. Please review their Privacy Policy – https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy/
Firebase Crashlytics
We use Firebase Crashlytics by Google to analyze crash reports. It may use Android advertising identifier. Please review their Privacy Policy – https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
Admob

AppLovin

MixPanel
We use MixPanel for analytics purposes. It may log anonymous information like IP address, device type and version, activity within the app, time and date, and other details about usage.

We are not responsible for the practices employed by any websites or services linked to or from our Service, including the information or content contained within them. Please remember that when you use a link to go from our Service to another website or service, our Privacy Policy does not apply to those third-party websites or services. Your browsing and interaction on any third-party website or service, including those that have a link on our website, are subject to that third party's own rules and policies.
4. Deleting data
Everything you delete is deleted forever.
We never delete your funny cat pictures, we love them too much.
Notes
When you delete a note or item, you delete it from your local device.
Backup
Switch off Google Drive backup in the app to delete your email from the app.
Sync
When you delete a message, you delete it from your message history. This means that a copy still stays on the chat for another users as part of your partner‘s message history. As soon as your partner deletes it too, it’s gone forever.
In order to delete your local data from the chat just sign out by pressing on the button "Log out".
In order to delete your Sync account and your devices just use "Delete account" button in the Profile page in the app. In this case all the data (your account, device(s), connections, avatar) will be deleted from our server forever and can't be recovered. Please note that we may continue to store your user Id if the account was suspended prior to the deletion request due to a violation of the terms of use.
5. Children’s Privacy
NoteToDo Sync are not intended for children under the age of 13. Therefore we do not knowingly collect personal information via application, services, or tools from anyone under 13. In the EEA, certain default privacy settings will be applied to users under the age of 16 and can only be changed if the legal guardian instructs so in writing.
6. Changes to this privacy policy.
We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy in our sole discretion. If we change our Privacy Policy, we will make the updated privacy policy available on the app's page on Google Play. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted. The date the privacy policy was last revised is identified at the top of the page. You are responsible for periodically visiting this privacy policy to check for any changes.
7. Initial dispute resolution.
We aim to address your concerns without the necessity of a formal legal claim. You agree to try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting us at ask@prilaga.com . We'll try to resolve the dispute informally by contacting you via email.
